Peace of mind would be my thought; knowing that somebody is in your corner, somebody is there to answer your questions. Because I don't care who you are, if you're going through something like this, you're in pain number one, you may be in financial difficulty because you're not getting the number of hours that you would have gotten before, or the amount of money that you're getting paid on temporary total or temporary partial disability isn't enough to pay your bills.
Those are things where you have to have answers. And having somebody in your corner that you can go to, it's just a big difference in the peace of mind and how a difficult process can be made a little bit easier to get through. It may not make it easy, but at least you know you've got somebody who's there to answer your questions as they come up.
