We try to take the complicated out of work comp. It is a system that I think was designed to be not a complicated procedure. It's supposed to be an informal proceeding where people could maybe navigate it on their own. It is not that way. It becomes more and more complex every single day with different court decisions, and then you've got legislation that comes in that tries to maybe change how those court decisions have been interpreted. And then that makes a whole big monkey wrench through any kind of process that was meant to be an easy claimant-friendly process.
